Green Juice


Detox Green Juice

This juice is the perfect place to start when in doubt about where to start cleansing!  

Drink this every morning around 10am or 11am on an empty stomach as part of your detox and you will be amazed at the results in just a few days!  You can see the effects in your skin, the whites of your eyes and you begin to feel more energetic!

This juice will begin to cleanse your body at a cellular level and you will be GLOWING in no time!

Course Drinks
Servings 1



  • 1 head Romaine/Cos lettuce Sliced to fit your juicer
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 2 sticks Celery Juice the leaves too
  • 1 whole Lemon Skin removed
  • 1 thumb size Ginger Optional



  1. Process all the above vegetables through your juicer.  Add a bit of water through your juicer to make sure all the juice is utilised.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!!!  

  3. Or, pour into a thermos flask with ice and take to work or gym and drink it when you're ready!

  4. Or otherwise, freeze your juice and defrost it when in a hurry and there's no time to make one!
