I absolutely love old school recipes with a modern twist! This dish is an all time favourite! I hope you enjoy it!
- 1 kg Grass Fed Beef Cube or short ribs
- Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Green Apple Cored
- 1/2 cup Tamari
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 3 Spring Onion/Scallions Roughly chopped
- 1 piece Ginger thumb size
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Chicken or Bone Broth

Brown the meat in a frying pan and season with salt and pepper. Place the meat in a slow cooker or an electric pressure cooker.

In a blender, combine the sauce ingredients and blend for a minute.

Pour the sauce over the meat and if using a slow cooker, set your cooker to 6-8 hours on high. If you're using an electric pressure cooker, use the setting for meat/stew and once the meat is finished cooking, leave it in the pressure cooker without releasing the steam for a few hours. The meat should be tender and delicious.

Serve with Cauliflower Rice, broccoli or greens. Can also be served with rice.
