A versatile dish that can be served at mealtimes or as a snack, hot or cold.

Servings: 2
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 50 g Nitrate Free Bacon Bits
  • 6 Free Range Eggs Beaten
  • 50 g Soft Feta Bits
  • Dukkha Seasoning Sprinkle
  1. Place ghee in the pan and turn on the heat

  2. Add the chopped onion and saute

  3. Add the bacon bits and sauté

  4. Once the onion is translucent, pour the egg mixture into the pan

  5. Gentle mix in the pan to avoid the egg sticking to the bottom. Once the bottom is cooked, transfer the pan into a hot oven for 5 minutes.

  6. Remove the pan from the oven onto a chopping board and place the bits of Feta on top of the omelette. Sprinkle with Dukkha seasoning

  7. Cut into slices like you would a pizza and serve.
