Who doesn’t love Pizza? The GAPS Pizza Omelette is as close as you’re going to get to the real deal when it comes to having a healthy version of pizza on the GAPS protocol. It is packed with protein and all the delicious flavours found in your regular pizza!
The mix of flavours will tantalise your tastebuds – the fluffy texture of the eggs with the smokiness of the bacon. Followed by the saltiness of the feta and the combination of herbs and seeds found in the Dukkha Seasoning melds together to create a perfect mix of complimentary flavours.

A versatile dish that can be served at mealtimes or as a snack, hot or cold.
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 50 g Nitrate Free Bacon Bits
- 6 Free Range Eggs Beaten
- 50 g Soft Feta Bits
- Dukkha Seasoning Sprinkle

Place ghee in the pan and turn on the heat

Add the chopped onion and saute

Add the bacon bits and sauté

Once the onion is translucent, pour the egg mixture into the pan

Gentle mix in the pan to avoid the egg sticking to the bottom. Once the bottom is cooked, transfer the pan into a hot oven for 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven onto a chopping board and place the bits of Feta on top of the omelette. Sprinkle with Dukkha seasoning

Cut into slices like you would a pizza and serve.
