Coconut Milk

This is an easy, great recipe for Coconut Milk that can be used in your coffee, tea or for cooking and smoothies.

Servings: 4 Cups
  • 1 Cup Coconut shavings or desiccated Coconut
  • 4 Cups Water Filtered
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder Optional
  • 3 Pitted Dates Optional
  1. Place the coconut and water in a blender and blend on high for at least a minute

  2. Pour the mixture through a Nut Mylk Bag, or muslin cloth to strain it into a Mason Jar or 1 litre jug

  3. If you like it slightly sweet and enjoy the taste of cinnamon, you can blend these two ingredients with the coconut before straining through the Nut Mylk bag

  4. Shake up and place in the fridge
