Raspberry Chia Jam


While detoxing/cleansing I tend to stay away from dense food such as nuts, seeds, dairy, potatoes and grains (always), but for people who are transitioning onto a lifestyle that provides more nutrients and food that cleanse and alkalise the body, this Chia Jam recipe is ideal!

Servings 4 servings


  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey Raw


  1. Place the raspberries and honey in a saucepan and heat on the stove top while mashing the raspberries with a potato masher

  2. Bring to the boil and turn off the heat

  3. Place the chia seeds in a mason jar

  4. Pour raspberry mixture into the jar over the chia seeds and stir until well combined.

  5. Place in the fridge and serve with coconut yogurt or Coconut, Cacao Dessert (recipe to follow soon) or with the Paleo Raspberry Cupcakes
